Moving from AppSumo to regular plans

For some customers, the AppSumo deal is enough for the long term. For others, it becomes the starting point before moving into a larger regular setup with more usage and team capacity.

When AppSumo is enough

The AppSumo deal is usually enough when:

  • The included seats match the customer’s team size.

  • Monthly usage stays comfortably within the included credits.

  • There is no immediate need for larger operational expansion.

When it is time to grow beyond AppSumo

A move to regular plans becomes more relevant when:

  • More seats are needed than the AppSumo tier provides.

  • The customer regularly hits the included monthly credit limit.

  • Replaiy becomes a more central part of the sales workflow for a larger team or agency.

What changes on regular plans

When a customer expands beyond AppSumo into regular pricing:

  • Billing moves into a normal subscription cycle, either pay as you go or annual.

  • Additional seats above the AppSumo tier are handled through regular Team pricing.

  • Extra usage is handled through subscription bundles and or PAYG credits.

What happens to credits and workspace structure

Credits in Replaiy are workspace-wide and shared across all seats, which makes it possible to scale usage inside the same operational structure.

PAYG credits remain separate from subscription cycles, stay valid for 12 months from purchase, and are only used after subscription credits are consumed.

This allows a customer to keep the value of the AppSumo deal while adding structured paid growth on top when needed.
