Why did my credits disappear?

Credits may appear to disappear because:

  • Your subscription credits expired at the end of the cycle.

  • You expected subscription credits to roll over automatically.

  • Your workspace used credits faster than expected.

  • You were looking at a shared workspace pool that other users also consumed.

How to check what happened

Review:

  • Your current billing cycle.

  • Whether the credits were subscription credits or PAYG credits.

  • Whether other seats in the workspace were also using credits.

  • Whether the workspace recently changed plans.

Important reminder

PAYG credits and subscription credits behave differently. PAYG credits are based on a 12-month validity window, while subscription credits are tied to the current cycle.
