How credits work in Replaiy

Credits are the usage fuel behind AI actions in Replaiy. Instead of billing every individual action separately, Replaiy gives your workspace access to a shared credit pool.

Credits are always tied to the workspace, not to a single seat, feature, or user.

The core rule

Every workspace has one shared credit pool. That means:

• Credits are workspace-wide.

• Credits are shared across seats.

• Credits are shared across supported features.

• Credits are not assigned to individual users.

The two credit types

Replaiy supports two types of credits:

Subscription credits

These credits are included in your subscription. They are added when your billing cycle starts.

PAYG credits

These credits are purchased separately on top of your subscription. They are used when you need extra usage beyond your included subscription credits.

Why this matters

This model keeps usage simpler for customers. Instead of managing separate usage buckets for each feature or seat, the workspace draws from one shared pool.
