What happens if my workspace goes on hold?

If a payment fails, the workspace is placed on hold immediately.

This is a billing-state restriction, not a permanent account deletion.

What on hold means

When a workspace is on hold:

  • Users can still log in.

  • The billing or subscription area remains accessible.

  • Replaiy product functionality is blocked.

  • Credits are not consumed while the workspace is on hold.

How to fix it

  1. Open the billing or subscription page.

  2. Update the payment method if needed.

  3. Complete the payment successfully.

  4. Access is restored once billing is resolved.

What happens after payment succeeds

When the payment succeeds, the workspace becomes active again. The credit balance remains intact while the workspace is on hold.
