Your Replaiy subscription is billed at the workspace level. Depending on your plan, you are charged either every 4 weeks or once per year in advance.

This article explains what to expect around invoices, taxes, and payment methods.

Where billing applies

Billing in Replaiy is tied to the workspace, not to each individual action inside the product. Your invoice reflects the active subscription setup for that workspace, including:

  • The selected plan.

  • The billing frequency.

  • Any active seats beyond the standard Team setup.

  • Any active add-ons.

When invoices are created

Invoices are generated when a billable event happens, such as:

  • Starting a paid subscription after trial.

  • Renewing an active subscription.

  • Upgrading a plan.

  • Adding billable seats.

  • Activating a paid add-on.

If a change happens in the middle of a billing cycle, the invoice may include a pro-rata amount for the remaining days in that cycle.

Taxes

Taxes may apply depending on your billing country, company details, and tax setup.

To help keep billing accurate:

  • Use the correct billing name.

  • Add the right company details if you are buying on behalf of a business.

  • Keep your tax information up to date in your billing profile.

If you need a tax-compliant invoice for accounting, always use the invoice generated from your active billing setup.

Payment methods

When you start a paid plan or trial, you provide a payment method. That payment method is then used for:

  • Subscription renewals.

  • Upgrades.

  • Pro-rata charges.

  • Paid add-ons.

If the payment method becomes invalid, expires, or fails, your workspace can be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.

Updating your billing details

If your invoice or billing details are wrong, update them as soon as possible. This includes:

  • Company name.

  • Billing address.

  • Tax details.

  • Payment method.

Keeping this information current helps prevent failed payments and accounting issues later.

Common questions

  • Why does my invoice amount look different? This usually happens because of a mid-cycle change such as an upgrade, a seat addition, or an add-on activation.

  • Does Replaiy support pro-rata billing? Yes. Some mid-cycle changes are billed pro-rata based on the remaining days in the active billing cycle.

  • What happens if my payment method fails? If payment fails, the workspace can go on hold until the billing issue is fixed.
