Creating your first workspace

Your workspace is the main environment where you use Replaiy. It contains your plan, seats, credits, connected setup, and the core features your team uses.

What a workspace is

A workspace is the central place where Replaiy is configured and used. This is where your account setup, team access, credits, and product usage come together.

If you are a solo user, you will usually work with one workspace. If you are setting up Replaiy for a team, the workspace becomes the shared environment where multiple users can work together.

How to create your first workspace

1. Sign up or log in to Replaiy.

2. Follow the onboarding steps shown after login.

3. Enter your workspace name.

4. Select the plan or tier that matches your current needs.

5. Confirm your setup and continue into the product.

How to choose a good workspace setup

Use a workspace name that is easy to recognize internally. In most cases, this should be:

• Your company name.

• Your brand name.

• A clear team label if multiple internal groups will use different environments later.

• Keep one clear owner for the workspace.

• Decide early who needs access.

• Keep naming simple so support, billing, and usage stay easy to manage.

• Start lean and only expand seats or usage when your process is working.
